C’s Baklava

I always thought baklava was too complex to try at home. Then C found this amazing recipe in The Complete Middle East Cook Book and not only proved me wrong, but it was hands down the best baklava I've ever had. Ingredients: 20 sheets fillo pastry dough (look for it in the freezer section!) 3/4 cup melted, unsalted butter 2 cups finely chopped walnuts 1 cup finely chopped almonds 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
