After a Monkey’s Lunch, this is my second favorite vacation drink. It’s tropical and reminds me of an ocean side pool both in color and in taste.
Until Turtle Bay releases the specifics, I can only guess.
Ingredients (for two drinks! Double or triple or quadruple as you see fit!):
- Two Bananas
- 3 ounces Bacardi Rum
- 3 ounces Blue Curacao
- Pina Colada Mix (fresh makes the drink less sweet and I’m still perfecting that recipe, so check back!)
- Ice (about 2 to 3 cups)
Add the first four ingredients to a blender. Blend. Then add ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass (I’m partial to oversized wine glasses). Or add a straw and your favorite garnish, such as a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
This is my second favorite summer dessert drink. I love taking it to parties!
