The bottom line is most workplaces overflow with an abundance of resentment from the top down and the bottom up. Get over your animosity! None of the items in the top 10 list are out of the employee’s control. You can be on time, find the right balance between eager and lazy, not complain, show commitment, be interested and respectful.
You can make or break your relationships in the office. If you choose to hold resentment toward your supervisor, don’t be surprised if your supervisor resents you too.
